Sires On Ice Richmond Vet is looking for a receptionist to join our amazing team
We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join the team. You need to be a team player who is dedicated, committed and passionate about working for a quality practice.
We offer a diverse range of dog reproduction services - progesterone testing, artificial insemination, breeding management, caesareans, semen collection, analysis and freezing. As well as a full range of GP services - emergency, preventative healthcare, medical cases, dentistry, performance healthcare, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. With access to ultrasound, radiology, endoscopic equipment and full in-house pathology and diagnostic services to ensure we deliver excellent patient care.
With a passionate team dedicated to creating a fun and enjoyable family friendly workplace, with the aim of fostering an inclusive environment prioritising mental and physical health, whilst remaining committed to providing an uncompromisingly high standard.
What We Are Looking For:
Skills & attributes
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Customer service orientation
- Organisational skills & multitasking
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Reliability & professionalism
- Formal education & qualifications – desired not required, Certificate III or equivalent in Business or Reception Studies
- At least 1-2 years' experience as a medical receptionist or equivalent
- Good personal presentation, professional demeanour
- Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
- Available to work a rotating weekday roster generally 8.30am – 5.00pm
