We're looking for a motivated, capable person to lead the day-to-day operations of our new bulka bagging operation facility (shift 9AM-5PM). This is a hands-on role where you'll blend administrative and on-the-tools work, but won't be locked behind a desk all day. Plus, you'll get a late start and no tiresome night shifts.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading a small crew (2–3 people) across bulka bagging, bottling, and packing activities
  • Managing daily production schedules based on customer orders and stock levels
  • Running and assisting in the maintenance of the bulka bagging machinery
  • Overseeing small bag production (e.g. 20kg, 25kg) and stock rotation
  • Leading the bottling and labelling of our fertiliser range (minor)
  • Keeping the area clean, safe, and tidy — presentation matters
  • Taking ownership of output quality, equipment condition, and area efficiency
  • Working across teams to plan, adjust, and deliver as needed
You'll need:
  • Experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical aptitude — you know your way around equipment and can troubleshoot
  • The ability to adapt quickly when plans change
  • Proven ability (or potential) to lead by example and get the best out of people
  • Confidence using basic tech tools like email, manufacturing software, and scheduling systems
  • Forklift ticket required; front end loader experience highly regarded
  • A practical, proactive approach — you spot problems before they become issues
