About the Role

Join our well-established team at MCC's Brisbane (Darra) plant as a hands-on Machine Operator and advance your career with a global leader in premium labels

You'll work in a structured and fast-paced production environment where your technical skills make a real impact. We're looking for someone mechanically minded, able to keep machines running efficiently, follow clear instructions, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to producing premium labels for some of the world's leading brands.

Duties include

  • Set up and operate print finishing machines according to the production schedule.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
  • Pack and transfer finished goods to the dispatch area efficiently and safely.
  • Support printers and the wider manufacturing team as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards, follow safe work practices, and ensure a clean, organised work environment.

About You

  • Demonstrates mechanical aptitude (preferred).
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly with labels (preferred, not essential; on-the-job training provided).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong colour perception and attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
  • Eligible Australian working rights.
