Darra 4x4, located just off the Centenary Motorway, is Brisbane's newest destination for all things off-road. From camping and 4x4 gear to spotlights, bullbars, winches, and on-site fitment services, we're here to meet every off-road requirement under one roof.

With our brand-new store and growing demand, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in building this exciting business from the ground up. This is your chance to combine your passion for off-roading with hands-on retail and team leadership in a fast-paced, growing environment.


What You'll Do

  • Support the Store Manager in leading a team of sales professionals and workshop fitters.
  • Help implement sales strategies and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with staff training, mentoring, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Contribute to merchandising both in-store and online to showcase our premium products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, helping to build long-term client relationships.
  • Play a key role in promoting our products and services through social media platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in 4x4, automotive, or outdoor retail is highly desirable.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • A passion for off-roading, camping, and the outdoors.
  • Knowledge of 4x4 accessories, towing, and touring equipment (or eagerness to learn).
  • Great organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.
  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to growing the brand with us.
