About the roles

Suntex is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing and delivery team in Darra, Queensland. Available roles are casual with a view to become permanent after the probation period. Successful candidates will play a key role in our production and delivery processes, contributing to the efficient and high-quality assembly and delivery of products for our customers. These positions offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Production Team

  • Participate in the assembly, and production of Suntex's range of quality products
  • Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Identify and report any issues or quality concerns to your supervisor
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets

Delivery Driver

  • Safely deliver goods to our customers located across Queensland
  • Drive a manual truck up to 2 tonne payload
  • Manual Car License minimum requirement
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
  • Adhere to all road rules and safe driving practices
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet delivery targets

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, ideally within the production or transport industry
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
  • Comfortable operating machinery and equipment and vehicles in a safe manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts as required
