We have an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Experience (LX) team as a
Learning Manager
with a dedicated focus on onboarding and early career development.

What will your typical day look like?
As a Learning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience and early career development pathways, closely aligned with the firm's strategic priorities. You'll collaborate with business leaders, Talent teams, and learners to ensure that our newest joiners feel confident, capable, and connected.

You bring a passion for helping others grow, a learner-first mindset, and strong consultative and facilitation skills. You're energised by the opportunity to improve our onboarding and early career experiences, and you understand how impactful the first 6–12 months in role can be for engagement, performance, and retention.

  • Lead the design and delivery of onboarding and early career learning experiences that are engaging, scalable, and aligned to firm culture and strategy.
  • Work with business leaders, Talent, Learning, and BU teams to deeply understand early career and new joiner needs.
  • Enhance and maintain the firm's onboarding journey, ensuring consistency across business areas and geographies.
  • Curate or co-design role-specific and firmwide onboarding experiences, including digital and in-person components.
  • Develop engaging content across formats — including eLearning, iLT, blended learning, and toolkits — that supports early capability building.
  • Facilitate impactful sessions for onboarding and early-career audiences and build facilitation capability within the wider business.
  • Apply adult learning and human-centred design principles to create learner journeys that support confidence, community, and contribution.
  • Measure program impact using data-driven learning analytics; continuously improve based on learner feedback and business needs.
  • Stay informed on early career learning trends, technology, and innovations, including microlearning, mobile-first content, and social learning strategies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal SMEs to deliver consistent, high-quality learning at scale.

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or Learning and Development, with a focus on early career or onboarding programs preferred
  • Proven ability to build scalable, high-impact onboarding or learning experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management and impact analysis
  • Project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Learning programs and assets.
  • Collaboration capabilities to manage relationships with SMEs and other stakeholders effectively to connect the dots and influence across a complex matrix organisation.
  • The ability to lead a high performing team to achieve demonstrable long-term outcomes.
  • Proven experience in adult learning methodology, instructional and/or human centred design.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in Learning, including AI-driven learning, microlearning, digital learning and gamification.
  • Strong facilitation skills across all mediums; virtual and instructor lead learning.
  • Demonstrated change management skills, with the ability to manage change initiatives.
