Onboarding & Compliance Specialist | The Star Brisbane
This is a 6-month secondment role, with opportunity to extend, supporting the People & Performance Team whilst one of our valuable team members is on maternity leave. As the Onboarding & Compliance Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters, internal transfers, and contractors. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate.
Start date from early December.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a high-volume HR administrative role in a regulatory environment is advantageous
- High attention to detail, proficient data entry, and meticulous record keeping.
- Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (or similar) and confident using Excel.
- Experience in a high volume and fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience using PageUp, Fit2Work, and VEVO is highly advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous, but not required.
