About the role

If you're an experienced Estimator who wants to be part of a close-knit team and thrives on winning work and having great relationships, this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone who will:

  • Review tender documents to develop and undertake accurate tender estimates
  • Deliver bid strategies, including innovation and value engineering
  • Negotiate the best subcontractor quotes
  • Assist project teams with cost planning for ECI and CM projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and consultants

About you

  • 5+ years' estimating experience, ideally in fitout/refurb or new build
  • High attention to detail, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
  • Commercially savvy and great problem-solving skills
  • Tech-proficient: Cubit/CostX, Excel, and PDF
