I'm working with a national builder to help them find their next Estimator - working across a variety of fitout, refurb and structural new build projects in SEQ.

This company has been established over 10 years with a strong backing from their southern offices and are quickly growing and making themselves known in their chosen verticals.

Their Brisbane team has over 20 staff and genuinely have incredible internal culture. Their management care and really value their staff, and love to promote and train from within.

*About You*

  • 5+ years in an Estimating role with a similar T2 or T3 company
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Local Brisbane experience across fitout, refurb and new build projects up to $30M
  • Strong organisation skills, managing multiple tasks and sticking to deadlines
  • Proven tenure in past roles is a must

The Role

  • Work with project teams and directors to ensure tender submissions and costings are in line with deadlines
  • Maintain, qualify and communicate with suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Preparation of sub-contractor bid packaged including Bill of Quantities
  • Strong understanding of the full scope for all trades
