Role : Adobe Experience Manager - Senior Developer

Experience : 6+ Years

Location : Melbourne

Essential Criteria :

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in AEM development (Sites, Assets, Workflows).
• Hands-on Vibe Code is added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, Sightly/HTL, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with front-end technologies: Angular, React, , and integration with AEM.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools: Analytics, Target, Campaign, Marketo, Magento.
• Exposure to cloud hosting models and data residency requirements (e.g., GCP, AWS).
• Experience in building scalable, multi-tenant solutions for global clients.
• Adobe certification preferred (AEC, AEM Architect, Developer).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Architect and implement headless, hybrid, and traditional CMS solutions using AEM Sites and Assets
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and Magento Commerce for end-to-end digital experience delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers, content strategists, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
• Participate in architectural reviews and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
