Head of App Product & Experience

RACV is seeking a senior digital leader to shape the future of our mobile and authenticated digital experiences. This is a strategic role focused on delivering seamless, engaging experiences that drive member satisfaction, digital adoption, and business outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager, Digital & Digital products, you will own the strategy, vision and performance of the RACV App and Member Online Account, setting the direction for how millions of members engage with our brand every day.

As Head of App Product & Experience, you will:

• Own the strategy, performance and delivery of RACV's mobile app and authenticated experience
• Lead the development of app features and experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue.
• Ensure digital experiences are customer-centric, intuitive, and aligned with organisational goals.
• Monitor digital product performance and insights, using data to optimise experiences and inform decision-making and continuous improvement
• Harness data, insights and industry best practice to anticipate trends and stay ahead of member expectations.
• Influence at the most senior levels, building support and investment for strategic digital initiatives.
• Inspire, empower and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility and accountability.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience in a similar role, leading mobile app strategy and delivery at scale, with measurable impact on engagement, customer satisfaction and business growth.
• 10+ years' experience in digital product leadership, spanning strategy, design, build and optimisation.
• Proven track record in product strategy, UX design and cross-functional delivery
• Experience leading cross functional Agile teams in a corporate DevOps environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
• Expertise in driving adoption, sales and self-service through digital channels.
• Strong grasp of Agile delivery, digital product and design tools, native app development and digital platforms such as AEM and Salesforce.
• A customer-first mindset, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence.
• Experience in insurance or regulated services industry is advantageous
