MarTech Solutions Architect

Job Description
About the role:
This is a short term contract role with the possibility of extension. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient MarTech Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software development, pre-sales solutioning, and architecture design, with a proven track record of delivering scalable digital marketing solutions across global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of MarTech solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand marketing goals and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive pre-sales engagements including RFP responses, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Define and document solution architecture, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and integration strategies.
• Guide development teams through implementation, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
• Conduct demos and technical presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI and automation to enhance marketing operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and other Cloud products .
• Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer certification.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Node, React, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, performance tuning, and SEO strategies.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront qualifications.
• Exposure to Graph DB, Oracle, MySQL, and PL/SQL.
