  • This role will be open to Forms Developers who are based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide.
  • Must have at least Baseline or Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance, NV2 preferred.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen

We're looking for a 
Forms Developer
 to join our growing team, where you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining forms-based applications that support critical business processes.

This role is ideal for a developer with experience in 
Forms design, application integration, and process automation
, who is eager to contribute to meaningful projects while developing their technical and professional skills.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain forms and related applications that streamline business workflows.
  • Enhance and modernise existing forms to improve usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Work closely with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across the full development lifecycle.
  • Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in forms development (such as Oracle Forms, Adobe AEM Forms, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycles, coding practices, and integration methods.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and APIs for back-end integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in an agile, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of 
    cloud-based platforms
     (Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • Experience with 
    UI/UX design principles
     for form usability and accessibility.
  • Exposure to 
    workflow automation tools
     or low-code/no-code platforms.
