What the Role Offers You

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in the insurance and broking industry. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing guidance from experienced brokers committed to your growth.

You'll assist our team with:

  • Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims
  • Preparing and sending professional documents to clients and insurers
  • Communicating with underwriters and other stakeholders
  • Following up on information or documentation from clients and insurers
  • Supporting brokers with day-to-day administration and client service tasks

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who is organised, curious, and ready to learn.

Experience in an office or customer service environment is a plus, but not essential. Training and study support will be provided to help you achieve the relevant insurance qualifications.
