Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Broker Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team. **About the Role**:
You will enjoy a fast-paced role supporting a portfolio of SME business clients. This will include but is not limited to:

- Processing new business, renewals and endorsements
- Answer client queries relating to small business insurance policies
- Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers
- Preparation of policy documentation

**About You**:

- Previous insurance broking experience
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 Qualification
- Comfortable with various technology and insurance software
- Client orientated with a genuine desire to support clients
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
