Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager - Basketball, you will be the pivotal link for our basketball clients from walk-ins to our biggest partner clubs.

You will play a vital role in fostering current relationships and seeking new partnerships in the basketball apparel space. This role may require you to work between our Geebung and Acacia Ridge locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in the basketball realm
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage end-to-end sales process with clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Generate leads via various channels, including prospecting, networking and referrals
  • Training will be provided for all systems

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of basketball within the Queensland/Australian landscape.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or sales experience required
  • Willingness to work between Geebung and Willawong locations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • An eagerness to work with club people involved in sport
