About the Role

As a Pool Service Technician, you'll join our post-construction team responsible for ensuring every new pool is left spotless, functional, and ready for handover.

This hands-on role suits someone with experience in pool servicing, filtration setup, or general maintenance trades — or anyone with strong technical aptitude who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in finishing a job to a high standard.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct post-construction clean-ups and leave every site presentation-ready.
  • Manage waste removal and tip runs, returning excess materials to the shed.
  • Set up and program pool filtration systems and balance water chemistry.
  • Perform secondary clean-ups and equipment adjustments as needed.
  • Assist with filtration builds or modifications for standard and pre-house sites.
  • Connect and test pool equipment — pumps, heaters, spas, and water features.
  • Complete quality-control inspections and report any issues before handover.
  • Communicate with customers professionally, explaining pool care and maintenance.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support when required.
  • Operate a company vehicle for site travel (manual licence preferred).

What We're Looking For

  • Current driver's licence (manual preferred).
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical outdoor work.
  • Great communication and customer-service skills.
  • Mechanically minded / technically curious attitude — keen to learn.
  • Eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • Experience in pool service, plumbing, construction, or maintenance trades highly valued.
