About the role
Ipswich Nurses, a nurse-led community care provider delivering palliative, disability, and aged care services, is looking for an experienced Rostering Admin Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact from day one.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for coordinating efficient staff rosters, ensuring client needs are met and staff are supported. The position includes participation in an after-hours on-call roster to manage urgent rostering issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage rosters across community-based aged and disability services
-
Fill shifts promptly while considering staff availability and client preferences
-
Communicate with Team Leaders to maintain service continuity

Maintain accurate and compliant rostering records
-
Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
You'll Need:

Experience in rostering within aged care, NDIS, or community health sectors

Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
-
Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Confidence using rostering software and Microsoft Office

A proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
