Pastry Chef / Culinary Trainer

Do you love sharing your knowledge and inspiring others in the kitchen?

We're looking for someone who is as passionate about the delicate beauty of pastry as they are about the fundamentals of cooking. From perfecting knife skills to mastering pastries, desserts, and elegant plating, you'll guide people on a journey to discover confidence, creativity, and independence through food.

This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys teaching practical skills while celebrating food as both nourishment and an art form.

About you:

  • You're a capable chef with passion for teaching.
  • You're organised, supportive, and hands-on in the kitchen.
  • You see food as both technique and expression, with a passion for sharing it with others.

What you'll need:

  • Culinary qualification or significant industry experience (patisserie expertise highly regarded).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – desirable.
  • Ability to inspire and teach practical cooking, from beginners to budding food enthusiasts.
