About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries in a prompt, professional manner
  • Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Assist with scheduling site visits, follow-ups, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records and logs in CRM and job tracking systems
  • Resolve issues quickly and escalate where necessary
  • Support project managers with client updates and documentation
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the office as required
About You:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or admin role (experience in construction, trades, or building industry highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, professional manner and strong problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software (experience with construction-specific platforms is a plus)
  • Strong team player who can work effectively under pressure
