We're excited to welcome an experienced Senior Property Stylist to our Melbourne team, reporting to the National Sales Manager – Interiors.

About the Role

As a Senior Property Stylist, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering property styling installations that inspire buyers and delight our clients. You'll draw on your expertise in interiors to design, curate, and implement styling solutions that set new benchmarks in the market.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Proven experience in Property Styling, Interior Styling, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
  • Strong visual planning skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients
  • A genuine interest in property styling, real estate, and interior design
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management, and flexibility to adapt to changing plans
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Social media savvy and photography skills (bonus)
  • A valid driver's licence and own vehicle are essential

A Day in the Life

  • Select furniture packages at the warehouse for upcoming installations
  • Coordinate and oversee property styling installations onsite, ensuring they meet client briefs
  • Conduct site visits to assess and recommend packages
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Build lasting client relationships and support the Sales team with consultations
  • Keep ahead of design trends and contribute fresh styling solutions
