We're searching for Senior Stylists to join our passionate Melbourne Boutique in Carnegie. These roles are permanent part-time and offer the opportunity to create unforgettable bridal moments.

Weekend availability is essential, with occasional late-night appointments required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hosting intimate, one-on-one bridal consultations and delivering exceptional bridal styling service every day.
  • Building genuine, lasting connections with each bride.
  • Providing thoughtful after-sales support via phone and email.
  • Working with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets (with generous uncapped commissions).
  • Assisting with boutique operations, team support, email flows, samples maintenance, steaming, spot cleaning, and stocktakes.

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in retail fashion or luxury customer service (bridal experience is highly regarded).
  • Impeccable attention to detail and presentation.
  • A natural people person with professionalism, patience, and positivity.
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Passionate about fashion, style, and making brides' dreams come true.
  • Results-driven and confident in achieving sales goals.
