The Project
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

The Role
Based in one of our site offices along South Rd and reporting to the Commercial Manager your key responsiblity will be the assessment and processing of payment claims, variations and extension of time requests in complaince with Alliance processes and procedures.

This permanent full time opportunity will see you work collaboratively with Engineers, Procurement, and Subcontractors to esure the successful delivery of the project.

Additional Roles And Responsibilities

  • Prepare scopes of work, tender packages, and manage subcontract procurement and negotiations.
  • Maintain project cost controls, contract registers, and reporting systems.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, compliance, and variation claims.
  • Monitor project costs, forecast expenditure, and report risks or cost issues.
  • Interpret project specifications and contracts to ensure accurate delivery of works.
  • Support commercial reporting, progress claims, and general project administration in line with company processes and procedures.

About You

  • Experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial project support.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, cost control, and project reporting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Familiarity with project cost systems and commercial reporting (preferred).
