Position Purpose:

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to support our end-to-end supply chain operations across the Oceania region. This role combines strategic analysis with hands-on operational support, including managing sales order processes, optimizing inventory, and driving supply chain efficiencies.

Description of Duties:

Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, inventory turnover, and delivery lead times.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with commercial and planning teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Sales Order Operations

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, allocation, and fulfilment.
  • Liaise with customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Track and report on order status, backlog, and service level performance across markets.

Collaboration & Systems

  • Partner with IT and data teams to enhance supply chain systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Work closely with regional commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • Support vendor performance tracking and contribute to supplier relationship management

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Previous experience a supply chain related role, preferably in the fragrance and cosmetic industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems for order processing and management.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse activities.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and international shipping.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong numerical analysis capability
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain related role with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience using SAP is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
