About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support our operations by analyzing supply chain performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, inventory, procurement, and demand planning processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance to support purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Use analytical tools to model supply chain scenarios and provide recommendations.
- Support the implementation of supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, forecasting software).
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate supply chain effectiveness.
Qualifications And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and SQL preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
