DLF Seeds, based in Truganina, is seeking a friendly, reliable and proactive part time - Administration Assistant to join our office on a casual basis. This role provides essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and contributes to the efficiency of our Australian business.

In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including reception duties, coordinating with external contractors, maintaining the IT hardware register, travel bookings and management and providing general office support. You will be a key point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring processes run smoothly and that the office operates efficiently.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work.
