is growing fast and expanding our footprint across Australia and overseas. We're looking for a commercially-minded digital strategist who can take our strong brand vision and turn it into digital performance that drives growth.
You'll audit where we are, identify what's missing, and build the omni-channel strategy that ties everything together with clarity and impact. Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, retail media platforms, CRM, CRO, Shopify. You'll design the system that makes it all work together, consistently and successfully.

What You'll Do
- Build the omni-channel digital strategy across paid media, retail media, CRM, SEO, CRO, content, and web.
- Define clear channel roles and deliver a focused growth roadmap within your first 90 days.
- Lead performance across Meta, Google, Amazon, and retail media platforms.
- Set and manage ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and share of voice targets.
- Identify and engage the right specialists to execute key parts of the plan.
- Keep all contributors aligned to one strategy and one commercial direction.
- Decide which metrics matter and oversee clean dashboards across GA4, Shopify, Meta, Google, and retail media.
- Lead CRO thinking and work with developers to lift conversion, AOV, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with brand and leadership to connect digital, creative, and retail priorities.
- Step in, hands-on, when timing matters and you're the quickest path to progress.
