We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through world-class Meta ads, Klaviyo email flows, CRO, and strategic thinking that actually moves the needle. Founded by a former COO of a $30M direct response brand, our work is bold, creative, and conversion-focused.

We're not your typical agency-and we're not looking for a typical Account Manager.

The Role

This is an opportunity for someone who's been working in marketing, strategy, or client leadership-and is ready to step up and take ownership of
accounts, performance, relationships, and agency growth.

You'll:

  • Be the strategic lead on key client accounts
  • Work closely with our founder on scaling the agency
  • Help build out processes, reporting, and creative systems
  • Ensure clients are thriving and staying long term
  • Collaborate across creatives, ads, email, and CRO to drive results
  • Bring energy, insights, and ideas to both the team and clients

What We're Looking For

We don't expect you to have
every single skill
, but we'd love to see:

  • Solid experience in digital marketing strategy (Meta ads, email, CRO a plus)
  • Client-facing confidence and excellent communication
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to speak performance fluently
  • A track record of helping brands or agencies grow
  • High personal standards and ambition

Location & Flexibility

  • Ideally based on
    the Gold Coast (or Brisbane if you can visit Palm Beach)
  • Hybrid and remote flexibility available
