Administration & Client Services team member

Family run, local Commercial Cleaning business operating in Adelaide, Adelaide Hills and surrounding areas is seeking applications for;

An A player - Administration & Client Services team member

Candidates with any Australian work rights are welcome to apply.

Remote role - working from home, reliable computer and internet required

Part time - 20 hrs per week, 4 hrs per day, Mon to Friday

Approx 10am to 2pm negotiable and flexible

Would suit someone wanting work during school hours

Full Training provided and ongoing support for first 3-6 months

This position is suitable for candidates with no prior administration experience as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities;

  • Scheduling jobs via online client portal

  • Customer service - liasing with clients via phone and email as required

  • Liasing with onsite staff when staff are on job sites to update portal if code changes required

  • Data entry to close off jobs in portal

Need to demonstrate ability to work autonomously, be self motivated, be polite and maintain our high level of customer service when liaising with clients

Basic understanding of Microsoft suite, good typing and communication skills via phone and email essential

Rate of pay:

Clerks award - $ 30 to $35 per hr

Negotiable in that range depending on experience
