The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate secretarial work. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client service excellence. The role will be responsible for the following:

  • Support end-to-end administration requirements of the client files in a fast-moving environment.
  • Corporate secretarial work, ATO communications and lodgements.
  • Support a team of Accountants with specialised administration support.
  • Onboard new clients, including but not limited to preparation of engagement letters, tracking ethical responses and setting up client groups.
  • Preparation and collation of documents on behalf of Accountants.
  • Preparation of invoices.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:

  • Proven track record and stable experience in a similar role within an Accounting Practice or Business Advisory Practice
  • Experience in using Xero, Xero Practice Manager DEXT, NowInfinity and ACIS
  • Great communication skills both written & verbal
  • Attention to Detail
  • A positive 'can do attitude'
  • Client centric thinking
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
