We're on the lookout for a motivated cafe Manager for our cafe in our brand new store in Bridgton Le-Sands

About the Role

As our Café/venue Manager you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the café. You'll bring a balance of leadership, excellent customer service and building genuine relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily service with confidence and consistency

  • Ensure food safety standards and allergen management are upheld

  • Train, support and inspire a passionate front-of-house team

  • Build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community

  • Work closely with the owners to maintain and grow the business

  • Able to manage rosters and budgets

About You

We're looking for someone with strong leadership experience, a great attitude, and the desire to grow with us. You're the kind of person who lifts the energy in a room, loves working on the floor, and enjoys seeing their team develop.

You'll have:

  • Previous experience in café or hospitality management

  • Food handling knowledge, including allergen awareness

  • Experience training and mentoring staff
