Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager (General) to oversee the daily

operations of our Barangaroo location. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of

exceptional customer service, efficient management of café operations, and the achievement

of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and manage the product range, stock levels, and service standards to meet

customer expectations.

 Develop and implement purchasing, marketing, and pricing strategies.

 Promote and advertise the café's products and services to attract and retain customers.

 Serve customers, provide advice on product use, and ensure a high-quality customer

experience.

 Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions.

 Prepare and manage the café's budget and financial planning.

 Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to ensure team performance.

 Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and maintain a

safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the hospitality

industry.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and inventory management.

 Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.

 Eligibility to work in Australia; 482 TSS visa sponsorship available for qualified

candidates.
