About the Role:

As a Café Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of our café, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You'll work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service, support staff development, and oversee operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising day-to-day café operations, ensuring efficient service and a great customer experience
  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality service
  • Assisting with rostering, stock management, and ordering supplies
  • Training new staff and upholding company standards
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the go
  • Passion for customer service and creating a positive team culture
  • Barista experience is a plus
