What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to support the planning and delivery of successful Book Fairs.
  • Use your sales and communication skills to promote Scholastic programs through outbound calls.
  • Be a trusted partner — coaching and motivating schools through each stage of their Book Fair.
  • Coordinate logistics, track results, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, joy-filled experiences for schools.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in outbound sales or customer relationship roles (education, events, or retail background a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you shine on the phone
  • A results-driven, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for literacy, learning, and helping schools succeed.
