**AFTER SALES CRUISE CONSULTANT**

**SALARY PACKAGE: Base + Super + Incentives OTE $85K+**

**LOCATION: GOLD COAST & BRISBANE**

Manage the air component of cruise bookings once the cruise element has been locked in

Use your expert air fare knowledge to complete holiday bookings for these excited travellers by presenting them with the best airline options available.

**THE ROLE**
- Coordinate airfares for pre-packaged bookings
- Recognise customer needs and offer the best itinerary within budget constraints
- Complete booking with frequent flyer details, baggage, meals and seating requests
- Book complex itineraries & manage flight deviation requests
- Manage accurate client files

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- GDS Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre/Galileo
- Expert air fare knowledge
- Ability to interpret customer needs
- Genuine interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Proven track record in a customer service role
