Financial Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Financial Systems Administrator to join our Finance team. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting our core financial systems (primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and ExFlow) to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Working 3 days part time (2 from our Sydney office, 1 remotely) and reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide technical expertise, training, and system enhancements.

• Primary System Administration: Oversee and maintain D365 F&O and ExFlow, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely support to the Finance team, resolving system issues and managing escalations with external partners.
• System Upgrades & Enhancements: Implement updates, collaborate with users to test new features, and train users on changes introduced.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain process documentation and deliver user training sessions.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure adherence to IT controls and assist with audit queries and recommendations.
• Collaboration with Support Vendors: Work with external partners for advanced customisations and integrations that cannot be resolved internally.
• Secondary System Administration: Potential to oversee and maintain other Financial Systems including Concur, Westpac, Jira, and Solver.

• Proven experience in financial systems administration with ERP platforms.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ExFlow.
• Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., payroll, patient management, banking, reporting tools).
• Experience in training and documentation for financial systems.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and IT control environments.
• CA or CPA qualified (or currently undertaking certification), or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years' experience in financial management.
• Direct systems administration of other Financial Systems such as Concur, Westpac, Jira, Solver, etc.
• Demonstrated success in driving new initiatives and process improvements.
• Experience with Corporate Performance Management software (e.g., Solver) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with collaboration and project planning tools (e.g., Confluence Cloud, SharePoint, Jira,).
