We're looking for a hands-on and detail-driven Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role is central to ensuring our organisation's LMS platform (Acorn PLMS) and integrated content run smoothly, are user-friendly, and effectively support the design, delivery, and reporting of learning programs. Acting as the first point of contact for LMS users, you'll provide support, maintain data integrity, manage content integrations, and ensure our platforms continue to evolve with best practice in digital learning and inclusive design.

The role

As the LMS Administrator, you will:

  • Configure, manage, and maintain Learnhub and partnered content to ensure a seamless learner experience.
  • Provide support, training, troubleshooting, and develop technical and end-user guides.
  • Integrate the organisational capability framework into learning content and employee profiles.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on learning and compliance data to inform decision-making.
  • Manage third-party tools, system integrations, and vendor relationships in collaboration with IT and People & Culture.
  • Curate, upload, and maintain learning content and resources to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and long-term usability.
  • Edit and publish recorded virtual webinars for on demand learning.

About you

You'll bring a solid foundation in LMS administration and digital learning design, backed by qualifications in training and assessment or equivalent experience. You have a strong understanding of LMS security, data integrity, and privacy regulations, and are confident working with integrations, plug-ins, APIs, and third-party tools. Your ability to analyse data using Excel and data visualisation will ensure you can provide accurate compliance reporting and learner behavioural insights. Knowledge of adult learning principles and current digital learning practices, combined with strong project management capability, means you can deliver scoped initiatives on time and to a high standard. Experience in instructional design for e-learning content is highly desirable, with e-learning development experience considered an advantage but not essential.

Beyond your technical skills, you are a strong communicator who can build relationships and support stakeholders at all levels of technical ability. You have excellent attention to detail and sound business acumen, paired with a proactive and curious mindset that drives continuous improvement. Comfortable working independently while also contributing within cross-functional teams, you thrive on solving problems, refining processes, and making learning systems work seamlessly for people across the organisation.
