Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that effective and efficient run schedules are produced for technicians.
  • Ensure timely control and consistency of service delivery.
  • Support Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks.
  • Guide technicians on priorities when necessary.
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure changes in booking systems are constantly updated.
  • Minimise customer defections or losses through the provision of the high-quality service scheduling.

Position Requirements:

  • Background or knowledge of the Pest Control Industry or similar service industry advantageous
  • Knowledge of local and surrounding areas of Townsville and surrounding areas
  • Ability to work with technology and within complex systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities & professional phone manner and a results-oriented attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and organise within tight deadlines
