Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on diverse commercial matters,
  • Deliver practical legal solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Manage general commercial transactions, including business sales, purchases, and contracts.
  • Handle matters relating to mortgages, loans, and securities, ensuring client interests are safeguarded.
