About the role

Known within Alliance Australia as Scheduling Coordinator, this role will be responsible for:

  • Database Management – Creating and maintaining relevant client and Support Worker records and ensuring real time data is reflective of currency.
  • Coordination of Rosters – Coordinate and finalise support worker rosters and visits schedule in a timely manner – matching appropriate personnel to meet client needs.
  • Quality Management – contribute to maintenance of relevant compliance checks and escalate staffing/client trends.
  • Collaboration – Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

The main requirement for this role is prior experience working in the Community Care Sector  either in Administration, Rostering & Scheduling or directly in the field.

Other key requirements of the role:

  • Excellent communication skills – dealing with clients, internal teams (Support Workers etc.) and external stakeholders.
  • Empathy and Patience – you will be dealing the more vulnerable people in our community.
  • Relationship Building – you need to have strong influencing skills and the ability to build and develop key relationships.
  • Solid Computer Skills – Microsoft Office & Database Management
