About the role

Surry Hills Print & Design is seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Print Allrounder to join our dynamic team. In this fulltime role based in Surry Hills NSW 2010, you will play a vital part in our print production operations, leveraging your expertise across a range of digital print processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and maintain a variety of digital print equipment including large format printers, copiers and wide-format plotters
  • Prepare digital files for print, perform colour management and ensure high quality output
  • Provide end-to-end support for digital print projects from pre-press to finishing
  • Assist with inventory management, stock control and workflow optimisation
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our clients
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and quality

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a digital print production role is essential
  • Minimum 1-2 years of digital print production experience required
  • Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining a range of digital printing equipment
  • Proficiency in file preparation, colour management and print quality control
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good time management skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach
  • A passion for the print industry and a desire to keep up with the latest trends and technologies
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position
