Boss Hunting,
Australia's leading men's lifestyle publisher (800,000+ social followers),
is looking for a mid-level Content Creator / Producer to join our Sydney team. You'll be the kind of person who can take a story and run with it - whether that's shooting and cutting a quick social video, developing a content series, or helping produce larger-scale campaigns with our commercial team.

What you'll do

  • Conceptualise and shoot fast-turnaround social videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Develop fresh content ideas that align with the Boss Hunting brand and audience.
  • Edit video content in Instagram Edits/Premiere Pro - from snackable clips to branded work.
  • Collaborate with the content team to bring editorial ideas to life in video form.
  • Work with the commercial team on branded campaigns from ideation through to delivery.
  • Produce larger video campaigns and puppeteer external editors, directors, and production partners.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of what's trending in culture, lifestyle, and men's media.

What you bring

  • 2–4 years' experience in video production, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Producing talent and experience with production workflow is key for this role. Skills on Premier Pro is a bonus.
  • Experience shooting across DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon preferred) is preferred but not essential.
  • A portfolio/reel that shows you can shoot, cut, and produce stories that stop the scroll and, for low-li executions, produce these single-handedly on the fly.
  • Be organised and commercially aware - you know how to hit deadlines and deliver for clients.
  • A passion for the Boss Hunting space: culture, style, cars, whisky, travel, sport.
