About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working closely with our National Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for managing all incoming requests from your dedicated portfolio of National Accounts. This includes coordinating booking requests, new service setups, maintenance needs, and general service enquiries.
You will also provide accurate and timely account information to both internal and external stakeholders, while supporting other business areas such as Sales, Account Management, Billing, and Operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries from your individual profile of National Accounts via a CRM system
- Coordinating all booking requests, new service requests, maintenance requests and service enquiries.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- •Liaising and building close relationships with our National Key Customers, Key Account Managers and external contractors.
- Attend monthly meetings with our National Key Account Managers and major clients
- within your portfolio.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Ability to manage scheduling and priorities
- Microsoft Suite
- Wastedge experience desired but not essential
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
