The Difference You Will MakeAs a Territory Manager (Endoscopy), you will support the STERIS Endoscopy division in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives. You will aid in the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes.

This is a remote based customer-facing role. To support our customers in this assigned territory, i.e. North Queensland, you must be based in Brisbane or Brisbane Northern Suburbs.
What You Will Do- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and all other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare providers on the benefits of the STERIS Endoscopy products.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and clinical support to ensure successful product launches and effective customer support.
- Analyse sales data and market insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Travel as necessary within specific geographic territory to optimize STERIS Endoscopy product exposure and penetration.
- Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to STERIS Endoscopy business.
- Collaborate with National Sales Manager on annual sales forecast, business plan development, for increasing revenue within territory.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate all product reliability issues in assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate correspondence, Customer account records, Customer database and sales pipeline (inclusive of sales forecasting and market intelligence) within the Corporate CRM.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equipped with medical device sales experience.
- Clinical experience in endoscopy or Gastroenterology/GI is an advantage.
- Prior field sales or business-to-business sales in hospital specialist setting.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven to succeed and displays courtesy and sensitivity in resolving difficult customer situations.
- Ability to locally travel
