The opportunity

MENTIS AUSTRALIA' is seeking an experienced and driven Territory Manager to join our sales team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within your designated territory.

State-wide travel is required to effectively manage the designated territory.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key customers
  2. Identify new business opportunities within your territory and lead the sales process to secure new clients
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  4. Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline development, and market insights
  5. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and participate in team meetings and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in account management and/or business development, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience is required for this Territory Manager position
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  4. Demonstrated success in identifying and converting new business opportunities
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  6. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience is preferred but candidates can be trained on the system
  7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  8. Australian citizenship is required for this position
  9. Confidence, resilience, and maturity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
