Girvan Group is an established construction company with expertise in an array of sectors such as commercial, education, retail and hospitality. We represent 20 years of fit out and construction excellence, providing the highest level of professional service to our clients. We are looking for a Site Foreman to join our Site Team to work on projects across Brisbane.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work on sites mainly in the CBD. You will be responsible for ensuring the building project is completed at the highest quality - in line with the requirements, within budget and on time.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have skills and experience in the following:

  • Trade background
  • Computer literate - essential
  • Site Management of High Spec commercial fit out projects
  • Programming, budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage onsite workforce, including trades, subcontractors, suppliers and other members of the Girvan Group
  • Manage and control safety onsite ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and set out projects
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in processes in a timely manner
  • Client focused
