About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foremen to lead our site teams and run high-end residential landscaping projects across Brisbane.

About us

Green Care Project has been operating for over a decade, designing, delivering and maintaining high-quality landscapes throughout South East Queensland with the intent to create spaces that connect people back to nature.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations on site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high-quality
  • Delivery of onsite tasks and providing direction to team members
  • Daily communication with the Site Manager on project progress
  • Monitor on-site Workplace Health and Safety
  • Controlling and signing off on material deliveries
  • Ensuring efficient production and quality of works from subcontractors

Role requirements

  • Certificate III Landscape Construction
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the landscape industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Foreman or similar on site role
  • Skid steer and excavator proficiency
  • Irrigation knowledge and experience
  • White Card
  • Open Drivers License
  • MR Truck license (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and time management
