Core Talent are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Foreman to join one of our established mechanical services clients in Brisbane, working on large scale commercial fitout projects.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plumbing Foreman to oversee and lead teams on multiple commercial fitout projects. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing trades, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and keeping tight programs on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise plumbing teams on-site across multiple fitout projects
  • Liaise with project managers, builders, and subcontractors
  • Interpret and work from detailed plans and drawings
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour efficiently
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce WHS protocols
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and team productivity

Requirements:

  • Current QLD Plumbing Licence & White Card
  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman on fitout or commercial projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Own tools and valid driver's licence
