Your new company

HAYS has partnered with a well-established builder delivering a premium residential development in Brisbane's inner east. This multi-storey project is currently underway, with fit-out works commencing in the coming weeks. Featuring multiple basement levels and a number of luxury apartments, the development is architecturally designed and positioned for high-end market appeal.

Your new role

As the Finishes Foreman, you'll take ownership of all finishing trades on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and program alignment. You'll work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to deliver a standout product in a collaborative and well-supported environment.

  • Coordinate and supervise finishing trades, including plastering, tiling, painting, joinery, and flooring.
  • Drive program delivery and uphold quality construction standards
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain WHS compliance
  • Resolve site issues in collaboration with management and subcontractors
  • Maintain site records and report on progress using Procore

What you'll need to succeed

  • QBCC Open Supervisor Licence (High-rise)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Finishes Foreman on multi-residential or high-rise projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishing details
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Procore and site documentation
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery
