Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major Transformation and Remediation Program that is reshaping business processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.
This program is focused on uplifting digital and operational capabilities while remediating legacy issues that have impacted business performance and compliance. As the Change Manager, you will ensure that impacted teams understand, embrace, and adopt the changes necessary to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
You will work closely with program leadership, delivery managers, and key stakeholders to design and deliver an effective change strategy that builds engagement, readiness, and ownership across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a
change management strategy and plan
aligned to program objectives and timelines. - Lead
impact assessments
, stakeholder mapping, and engagement planning to support transformation and remediation outcomes. - Design and implement
communication and engagement activities
that promote understanding and commitment to change. - Facilitate
business readiness activities
, including training, coaching, and post-implementation support. - Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to measure success and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Partner with project and business teams to
embed new processes, systems, and behaviours
into day-to-day operations. - Ensure change risks and dependencies are identified, mitigated, and escalated appropriately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering change management in large-scale transformation or remediation programs.
- Strong understanding of change frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Demonstrated ability to work across complex environments with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
- Experience working in technology-enabled transformation programs
